Great article. I give up 4 weeks earlier and everything is good. My priority is a sore neck but now I am aware why. Other modest symptoms for me have been light sleeping, diarrhea and tingling. I used Chantix this past year and quit for 5 weeks. This time around chilly turkey and sense great. I possibly could write a novel about the communal downsides of smoking however, not now.
